#5 is key. You want schools that are excited to be in the conference.

The 4 corners to the 12 are not nearly as excited as BYU, Cincy, Houston, and UCF. There was a buzz like you wouldn't believe out here in fly over country. It's like an NFL drafting the "best athlete available" when you have a positional need, and pass over the guy that WANTS to be on your team. I hate the PAC folded.
