I feel like this all comes down to ESPN/Disney. Am I wrong?

If the media controls all of this (which they do)...then ESPN/Disney/ABC/(whoever) can make or break these conferences! If the ACC is to survive, ESPN will have to figure out that plan. To me, to be the 3rd best conference, will take exactly what you are suggesting. A 20-24 team ACC. Do I like it....NO!
