A few ideas. 1. Form relegation and promotion league with the B12/Pac10/ACC

This will push the top teams to the top and expose the bad programs. Grandfather the money. This will also expose the weakness of the Power 2. That merit and competition is secondary to them. It will be a great experiment. If the public likes it, the leagues below them and above them (P2) might adopt it. We can't just be Power 2 Lite and expect our fortunes to improve. 2. Contraction (at next available opportunity) and unite with football powers in the Pac and B12.
