Looser move. It is not the net $ that makes a difference - you have to

keep the gap close and it is no where close today and will be gigantic in 2 years. There WILL BE a 6-team B1G West - so the travel will not be that much different than it is today for the PAC teams that join the BiG West. If VT sports go down the tube it will affect VT academics.
