And if the Big 12 can get UA, ASU, UC, Utah, It will be a decent conference

It will not be either the B10 or SEC, but that's ok. I believe the B12 would be fine under those circumstances. IF the ACC is able to make sure it doesn't fall prey to either B10 or SEC, it would be able to play on the B12 level. I personally would be fine with that.
