who is leftover. Also, I'd merge with all three conferences and form three tiers with relegation and promotion. The top tier may include: Clemson, FSU, Washington, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Iowa State, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, etc. at any given year. Would be a darn good lineup. Not loaded with blue bloods, but no Vandy and Rutgers either.
