Exactly, though I can see the SEC and B1G doing that and ND

refusing on "moral" grounds, BUT ND then sets up NIL similar to A&M and "claims" we're different - again. While the details may be different, the logic of ND's morals reminds me of Liberty.

Boosters running NIL companies/funds is paying players with money that is realistically from the AD regardless of a paper trail - and everyone knows it.
