actually no, However,
ACC was expecting a stronger conference team work to sorta box in ND. With ND working the other other conference commissioners very good, they blocked it. (actually good tactic if you are ND)....
Also, ACC appears to be the pretentious conference with lots of titles and prestige but at the end cannot deliver consistent national product on the state. They were riding on the money instead of investing and matching the money 1-1 . (many institutions are cheap)
