Coastal Conference

Something like this will work. It adds the 8 PAC12 schools plus WVU and Cincinnati. Only thing it doesn't have is Texas representation. We'd probably need to go to 9 or 10 conference games, and some permanent rivals like UVA-VT and Miami-FSU set up. But this would be a way for the ACC to get to 24.
