Big Ten IMO

It used to be Vandy and Kentucky, Now Kentucky has gotten pretty good and respectable. Miss State is #2 in a low population state, but they are usually pretty decent. Rutgers was a straight market grab. Illinois has been terrible for a while. Maryland was an average football power AT BEST in the ACC, and they are less than that in the Big Ten. IU is rarely good either. Just my opinion.
