The UNC deal showed me that the NCAA is powerless plus they are losing every lawsuit regarding NIL, conference realignment, etc. The NFL understands they must have an enforceable framework or else chaos will ensue - i.e. loss of viewership. IMHO, it will be one of those things where things might have to go totally south for there to be a rebuild. Yeah, right now everyone - who is already rich - is making money and so there is no motivation to address what will be a huge problem in the not so distant future. Our society emulates college athletics so closely, it's scary.
