Depending on the State, most head coaches

At the top FBS public Universities are the highest paid person using public funds. I see an article here, and an article there showing outrage, but politically, those salaries seem untouchable. Revenue sharing is the obvious choice to save college football, but we all know it will never happen voluntarily.
