is what impact would this league have on GORs and/or conference media contracts. It is possible that each conference could have its own GOR and/or media contract. It is entirely possible the media contracts are with a different provider than the Super League's contract. Also, it is entirely possible the end date of the GORs and/or media contracts are different than the end date of Super League's GOR and/or media contract. Depending on the players involved, it could get interesting and messy to see them try to sort that issue out even if the G5s decided to do it by themselves. The other potential sticky issue is whether the G5s have a stronger claim that the Super League violates antitrust laws if the G5s are the only schools subject to promotion/relegation. If the P5s are never in danger of being relegated, then what is their incentive to try to compete vs. just coast and keep on collecting those checks? Heck you could even says the P5 division will continue the status quo of what currently exists in the P2 World because there is no punishment for teams that finish at the bottom of the conference or division for the Super League scenario.
