and no, NOVA is not strong enough to increase the TV revenue by enough right now to give every member in the conference a higher payout. There is a reason the big 10 did not include oregon and washington, and its because they would not beneift EVERY member's payout. This isn't so much about TV markets (because the SEC is pretty much in every major market right now) its about adding valuable brands. brands that increase your revenue enough to be worth bringing in for all the current memebers.
