...team from that conference, they get a minor payout per subscriber, but the payout is 4X or 5X higher if they have a school in that state? Adding a VA and/or NC school raises the payout from those states 4X or 5X over what they're getting now. 2 schools from that state mean they get no additional money...only one raises the payout. Now if the B1X takes one school, and the SEC takes another, both conferences get the higher payout.
