Not so much that I find players un-relatable. But mostly about how the sport is now run. ESPN went from being something great for the sport, to something I despise. The talking heads, the control over the CFP, the butting into Friday nights when that is a time for the high school game. And now we have the new transfer rules which are terrible, cutthroat realignment schemes that leave as waste proud longstanding school athletic departments. I remember that POS Kevin Warren giving a speech at B1G media days right after they poached USC and basically how it was done for "equity." Then he starts talking about what Arizona State meant to his family, all while relegating them to the BigXII. These pukes do NOT have the best interest of the sport in mind. And I guess I am sick most of all of the suits in boardrooms picking winners and losers rather than things being solved on the field. Yeah, I used to be a College Game Day at 9 am to Pac-12 After Dark 1:30 am every weekend kinda guy. Now, I am Hokies only, and perhaps a side team or two that I like to follow outside of the P2. And when it comes to Alabama vs. Texas, or USC vs. Ohio State in a conference game? Nah, you can count me out for now. BTW, I watch even less NFL.
