Just because UVA and VT are SILENT, doesn't mean they are not working it
First, both VT and UVA, are not drama programs like FSU, we govern universities and the Commonwealth deliberately. We have national leaders leading our 2 flagships and work VERY Closely together. You can have discussions without joe q public need to know. They do that all the times in R&D with corporate partners.
VT and UVa (and Miami) are a little different than the rest. They are members of the ACC executive council and really are the official governance the ACC with Jim Phillips and the lawsuit. Dr Ryan of UVA is the Council chair. The executive council term expires in May 2024 during conference spring meetings (which will be interesting). I think all remain stoic and just ride this then. Also, if FSU files for dismissal, the ACC can officially do things to block them out. Be interesting how the 'official response is. (also I like to see the new executive council is. I bet that none of the 7 are on the board. Then they can 'move on/

Why not UVa to B10 and us to SEC.**
