Everybody does it theory

Every ACC member BOT has been planning realignment behind closed doors for far longer than the public knows. Watching UNC complain from the beginning while they had been planning the same is common. VT no different. FSU is out before 2024 kickoff regardless of what any court decides. Neither side will be following by-laws anymore.
