For rivalries...

VT and GT are not playing each other every year for 2023-2026. I was trying to get everyone playing everyone else. I also was trying not to have three teams being each other's two rivals (i.e. have UNC, NC St, and Duke as each other's common opponents). You can probably schedule conference games where you can give byes in the last week to teams predicted to be at the bottom (pretty good odds on a 27 game conference that the three you pick at the bottom won't be in the running for a championship). You could also have OOC games in case you need 26 of the 27 teams playing in a week instead of just 24.
