No one and most certainly Pittinger does not know
I gave up on Pittinger months ago because he has one by line, ACC implosion eminent.
Seems to me only the ACC office and ESPN really know what this "look in" is. And for sure Pittinger has never considered that that the GOR gives the conference powers they would not have otherwise. So whether Swofford/Philips did something illegal or not will depend on what the final judge says. My guess is that is a nothing burger hope by FSU.
