I know the FSU Attorneys declaring that is pretty much already accepted as fact by all here. The Link below will pretty cements that TV Contract expiration in 2027. I know Pittinger is beyond being just a little unpopular here. However this is an 8 minute video where Pittinger brings up what definitely looks like several potential weak spots in the ACC legal positions in all those court cases. What Pittinger shows in two numbered points within a recent FSU filing added to their lawsuit against the ACC at the 2:16 - 3:00 mark on this video, solidifies that 2027 date as an absolute reality. Pittinger also states that in 2021, Phillips without the approval of any ACC members, himself gave ESPN an extension of 4 years until 2025, to resign that ACC TV Contract. Pittinger also says the ACC may have acted legally improper by recently recruiting Stanford, Cal & SMU, under the assumption that the ACC had a TV Contract until 2036. I think those should be valid concerns for the ACC as these court cases progress. Maybe even some more lawsuits against the ACC from Stanford, Cal & SMU as this all play out.
