They haven't disputed the dates either. You are right though, those

documents, or the authenticity of those documents, need to be put out there. It seems to me that if the February date is a hard date, then the ACC is in trouble. If they had a contract in hand, it would be announced. If it is a good contract, they would announce it from the rooftops. The fact that they are still "negotiating" is very concerning. Does anyone know why Phillips extended what we thought was a "look in" in '21? Why would he do that?
