that is comprised of exclusively teams "promoted from the second tier." If the promotion is permanent, then why not say that? If it is a promotion-relegation system, then what is the incentive to participate if all 10 teams will be relegated at the end of the season or 2 seasons? I say 2 seasons because the only reason promotion-relegation works in soccer is because a team gets to play every other team in the league home and away in the same season. Currently the college football scheduling model isn't structured that way and it doesn't appear the Super League schedule would be structured that way unless the regular season is expanded so each team can play 18 division games. If nothing else is would be a starting point for further discussions.
