Weirdest thing that's perplexed me for 20 years. I have never watched a soccer match in my life ...not one .....other than the WC of which I can't turn off any game when it happens every 4 years, and I've been doing that with the WC for 20 years

I don't hate soccer, but agree, I don't watch unless it’s WC or Olympics. When we lived in London we watched EPL and some other Euro soccer, but I just don't have time/patience to follow anymore.
I liken it to the Olympics - I never follow track and field, skiing, volleyball etc but love watching these sports in the Olympics.

I turn the WC on for 10 minutes and have had enough. I just find Soccer boring on TV like baseball. I will once in a while watch a whole baseball world series game.
