Ugh was really pulling for the BJs. Dodgers just wouldn’t quit.

over the Green Monster in Fenway propelling the Yankees into the American League Playoffs and eliminated Red Socks. I remember the game as a kid cause the Yankees went on to beat the Dodgers a second time in two years crushing me. To this day it is saying in Boston when something unexpectedly bad happens that was a "Bucky F-ing Dent". I wonder if 50 years from now the Canucks will be saying "Miguel F-ing Rojas".

past time to win. I never felt like Toronto would win after LA caught them in the 9th. Small ball my ASS! Both of them load the bases with 0-1 out and neither can score. Hit the big one baby..HRs closed the gap, tied the game, and ultimately won it!

The Rojas Homer. The Pages catch. The double play to end it. Just nuts. Last night was insane too.

...the Will Smith homer, and the game-ending double play were 3 of the 15 highest leverage plays in the history of WS/LCS winner-take-all games (i.e. the highest leverage plays in the highest leverage games).
And for me the Pages catch is the play that I will remember above anything else. (Well, that and the force out at home immediately preceding it that literally almost decided the WS on an instant replay.)
The Pages catch wasn't as high as leverage play because there were already two outs, but...my God. The highest wire act I can ever remember really in a do-or-die situation. It was like there was a guy trying to reenact the Mays catch from 1954, except to keep the WS alive, and maybe he was going to do it maybe not, but then another guy comes in and obliterated him in the process of making a Randy Moss catch. Could not believe what I was seeing, I will literally never forget it.

And can you imagine if Pages would have caused the ball to drop? That would have been it. And people would be hating on Pages, and Roberts for making the defensive substitution, for the rest of their lives. I never saw anything like it.
Game 6 and Game 7 were the craziest games I've ever seen. Inexplicable.
