D because anywhere near NYC is expensive. Even if you're poor, you're probably making a good income.
E because ditto for Chicago, but on a somewhat lesser scale.
B because if you're near Augusta, it's probably pretty nice.
C because it's not Arkansas.
A because it's Arkansas.
