...they sometimes do things to coincide with April 19 (beginning of the Revolutionary War which they deludedly believe they are following in the footsteps of) or April 20 (Hitler's birthday). That may account for a FEW of the incidents, but not most of them.

I’m one day old knowing Hitler’s birthday was April 20th. If we want to find a reason, it might be because of the full moon. I grew up not far from Lexington and Concord. April 19 is a state holiday in Massachusetts.
