rented then finding a lower stress day job while collecting my retirement pension. Next tell the wife my weekends hence forth will be spent playing poker and trout fishing up at Cherokee for 9 months and will I start building the next rental house in the fall. She can also spend this time finding "her" a nice house on coast to hopefully spend all her time there as long as it is not a fixer upper.

I pretty much hate Jan - April. The day my outdoor pool opens in May is the day my Seasonal Affective Disorder goes away. Mid May through June is my favorite 6 weeks of the year.
