Changing the subject to flushing 💩
One of the toilets in my home has always been plagued by poor waste removal.
Had the builders model replaced by 3 Koehler Cimmarons 12 years ago. 2 work ok and clogging issues remain in the other which is our guest toilet.
I’ve had a camera inspection of waste line to clean out- nothing suspicious.
I can get toilet trap cleared with work but with my existing injuries and a total knee replacement coming up I need a solution. Carrying 25 pound pails of hot water across house is getting old.
Anyway, I need a new toilet with more power. Been searching internet for ratings on pressure assisted, about to pay CR a monthly fee for their test data. I need one that will not only clear trap but push 40-60 feet down waste line…this toilet is about 30’ from where waste line heads down to meet sewer main.
anyone had good flushers replacing poor ones?

was clogging it about once a month, now 3 years an no clogs with no diet changes. It also uses 1/3 the amount of water according to the specs.

My parent's neighborhood was built for single story houses with no basements and then the builder started adding basements on some lots and using that idea. Sorry, if gravity isn't getting the crap out of the house, NOPE! When I stay over there, I will shower and #1 in the basement, but if I have to #2..I go upstairs.

did a complete tear off replacing all ridge vents, cutting three more on gabled areas, and replacing all plumbing and gas stacks with Bullet Boots with screens

I worked as asset manager for large office buildings and malls for 35 years and our maintenance folks always used Sloan because most architects were partial to them.
Flushmate can be retrofit in some models of toilets (not my thing these days) or you can buy it inside select models of different brands.
Reading the tease video from Consumer Reports it seems that their solid waste tests were failed by some of the highly marketed new toilet lines. I'm going to go ahead and pay them for access. This is going to be an expensive acquisition including labor so might as well get some independent data.

Never flush twice! I had older metal ones when I bought the house but they were recalled for exploding at the seam and sending shards of porcelain into your back. They replaced (under warranty) with a plastic tank which I am not confident is any better than the original design. Shirley plastic fatigues too.
