weights. It’s good to tone, but since muscle weighs more than fat, the scale might deceive someone into thinking they’re not progressing.
Barry Sanders played ball at 5’-7” and 210 lbs, which is very obese based on the government-issued health charts. I dare anyone to look at Barry and claim he’s obese.
