would not have committed unless he thought Grunk was coming here too. It may be that Franklin and Grunk's agent have agreed on an NIL within a range; and, that as soon as virtually all other commits have occurred they can settle on a specific NIL number within that range, basically using up whatever the rest of the NIL is at that point.
