possible head coach candidates? No rumors...just some names that have come to my mind.

Reminds me of a younger cignetti from jmu coaching Indiana now and doing well. Both have proven success and few years back we probably could of been in the running cignetti

He’s the type of tough coach who would bring back hard nosed defense to Blacksburg. Northwestern fired him over what turned out to be false allegations, so he’s probably itching to get back onto the sideline.

Urban Meyer has more baggage than John Gruden. Matt Campbell seems like a good fit but his buyout it to high. Jon Sumrall would be good but he may be in demand for higher spending schools.
I like Jeremy Chadwell is my #1 pick but he has a high buyout and a high contract he's only 3 years into. Would he want to walk away from $20 mil guaranteed while being the highest spending team in the Sunbelt to one of the lowest spending teams in the ACC. With much higher expectations.
