We have had our one shot at the title, but not back since. We have had a strong enough history of great seasons, but have fallen short on the big stage quite a bit. The Falcons have had so many bad seasons, really choked the SB away. The only common thread to me is they had Vick.

I personally focus on what we have done, which is lead in a Football National Championship Game in the 4th quarter (not many have done that), won the ACC Men's and Women's basketball Championships in the last 15 months, almost beat the National Champion in Women's basketball a little over a month ago in the final four, seen our wrestling team come from almost extinction to a perennial top 10 program and quite frankly the University as a whole has done so much more. However, if this is what you want to focus on, have at it. As the saying goes, you usually get what you focus on, and not much more. Go Hokies!!!
