He's co-defensive Coordinator at Penn State, and obviously Pry ties.
But what would that say that UVA, Poindexter and Mines, UVA legacies, leading VT while UVA flounders along.]
Not saying to do this, but boy the irony of that would be something....

it's much easier to attract high caliber coordinators when they know the HC is on a new contract and here to stay.

Some guys look unhappy in retirement, or all the time for that matter (see Bill Bellicheck). Bud just doesn't strike me as a guy that misses the grind at all. If by some miracle we paid him a bundle and talked him out of retirement, I think he'd regret it.
