Y'all can downplay this loss all you want
But it's a bad loss and defines the mediocrity under Young. We are always just good enough.

He’s a .500 coach in conference. Once you expect that, we are right on pace

YEA…All those layups and point blank shots CMY missed when he was on the
floor sure cost us…. I think this team ran into a buzz saw and we were “Out of sorts” as far as routine goes. As far as CMY saying we had two good practices ….What did you expect him to say? I agree we have been “Just good enough” BUT given the talent he could AFFORD TO BUY in previous years (average at best) I think he has done a remarkable job. Think of the injuries to key players this year and in recent years that has forced him to cobble together a team that was very average. Louisville got their star back today and how did that work for them…. UVA lost today at home after blowing a huge lead and they are at fulll strength… This is tough and I hope some of this NIL comes Mike’s way next year…..

Maybe but that UL team might be top 10 with Brown in the lineup
On the road etc. Im not that torn up by the loss itself as I am with how we played at times - missed layups, turnovers, Neo having a bad game. At the end of the day that loss won’t hurt our resume.

It’s not a bad loss in the eyes of the NCAA committee. And one we were
not favored to win. But we have to win at least one game against teams ahead of us to have a shot at NCAA. So, every loss hurts and lowers that chance.
