I will give you some advice because it appears you desperately need some. No one likes criticism. And no likes being around an angry person. However, criticism is necessary. So, you dish it up in bite size portions then allow the audience to absorb and process it. What you don't do is vomit every opinion and feeling you have all at once. Pace yourself.
