have to come from the men's side. Title IX requires balance between men and women, based on things like the student body ratio. VT will inevitably move to a somewhat higher ratio of women in the student body over time, and thus VT will have to increase the number players in the womens' programs, or reduce those on the men's side. What men's sports would you eliminate?
