Plus, if a 3* does well, he’s out of here. If Franklin does well, he’s out of here. However, to make sure a ridiculous assumption about running up the score when a game hasn’t even been started is beyond comprehension. Obviously, he hasn’t followed VT sports as long as I have.

We are like 10% in ACC
They do nothing to help us and everything to harm us. Such as scheduling rival games and key games at home when our students are away. I could give you dozens of examples but I have things to do.

He said we don’t play zone. We will never play zone.
So we play the whole game running around in circles, chasing their players around, wearing ourselves out until we get blocked by a screen. Which creates a foul or leaves their players a wide open shot or a free lane to the basket.
Otherwise, things are going well.

I thought I was the only one that noticed that
Watch out. This board loves this coach for some reason. He lost me after we won the ACC and then tanked. A good coach prepares a team physically and mentally. Sooner or later others on the board will pay attention but for now he’s what they want.

What caught my eye
Was when we were up 16 and they kept showing the coach and people near her laughing and giggling. I was all for Duffy until now. Maybe the Miami coach was a bit “rigid” but at least she was focused.
Scarily, it reminded me of Amoore in one of her final games. She missed an easy layup and ended up being on her a$$. She was laughing and giggling too. I kept thinking; why would a competitor laugh at her own mistake when the game was on the line? We lost the game and sure enough Kenny and Amoore left the following week.
What I’m trying to say is that if you want to keep your job and position and have no plans to leave; stay focused until the job is over. There’s plenty of time to party later.
