So if we do get Franklin, is he our next
Buzz Williams.
How long do you think we could keep him?
Do you think he can end his career here?
How many wins would you expect?
Do you expect us to get to the playoffs in the next xxx number of years and once every xxxx years?
Serious questions on Franklin specifically, and if you like, you can add any coach (I.e. JMU coach)?

It would be a fantastic problem to have if we were so successful that bigger names come knocking

"we can only hire someone who will stay with us forever." Coaches move around. Just about every other program deals with this.
We should hope anyone who comes here is successful enough to be poached.
You didn't say that right out but smelled like a hint of that and we as a collective fan base seem to have that mentality even if it's unconscious.
IMO Frankin, or anyone else, will only be as good as the NIL support. If we can come close to doubling our annual number of the past 2 years, we will have a fighting chance.

I think if any new coach is successful, he likely is a candidate to get poached.
I think in this era of coaching, if you can get 7 to 10 years on a new hire that is pretty darn good.
