No one is staying for a career. We as Tech fans need to let go of this
"we can only hire someone who will stay with us forever." Coaches move around. Just about every other program deals with this.
We should hope anyone who comes here is successful enough to be poached.
You didn't say that right out but smelled like a hint of that and we as a collective fan base seem to have that mentality even if it's unconscious.
IMO Frankin, or anyone else, will only be as good as the NIL support. If we can come close to doubling our annual number of the past 2 years, we will have a fighting chance.
