against this $10k loan forgiveness,even though my son qualifies. I payed for his undergrad,but he took out loans for law school. He made about $115k in 2021,which qualifies him. He received a big raise to $155k when he switched law firms in 2022. These kids signed a contract to pay back the money they were loaned. They should do it. With a very low unemployment rate,there are plenty of well paying jobs in the market place. So,there is no valid excuse not to pay back their loans. I came out of grad school in 1980 with unemployment rates and inflation running in the double digits. Yet,I sacrificed and payed back the loans I had taken out. What about those that never attended college? Only about 38% of the U.S. population have college degrees,yet they have to pay for those who don`t want to pay back their college loans. We are currently living in a nanny state where too many people expect government to take care of their every want...and the current government is more than willing to do it.

meet Kylene Barker when I was a student. I was friends with her room mate and she introduced me to her.

in Hilton Head. I was outside of a restaurant wearing a VT shirt. A lady spoke to me and said that her daughter graduated from VT. Her daughter is Camille Schrier,Miss America 2020. I mentioned that I graduated with class of 1978 member Kylene Barker(Miss America 1979). She said that they have become friends with Kylene since her daughter won the crown. Small world....

in Hilton Head and experienced one of the worst thunderstorms I have ever seen. Very heavy rain,wind,lightening.

get breast cancer. My wife was diagnosed with stage 1 in 2009 and is doing well now. Since Olivia was diagnosed at a relatively young age,I would imagine that it was pretty aggressive. At least she was able to live a full life for 30+ years after diagnosis.

my farmhouse sink might be fireclay. It is suppose to be sturdier than other materials, Since I have not noticed staining and few scratches,it may be that material. Our house was originally owned/built by a former 3* General in the Army. So,he was very particular when he built the house and used the highest quality materials.

20 years old. I probably mis spoke earlier. The sink is probably porcelain. It is divided. I have noticed very few scratches nor has it faded. Of course,my wife normally takes care of things,so she may have cleaned any stains that may have occurred. I read that baking soda is good for that. It is functional as well as looks good.

got Covid about 2 weeks ago. I have it now,but appear to near the end of symptoms. I had 2 Moderna shots plus a booster. Hopefully you and she masked up as soon as she tested positive. That might help you avoid it. My symptoms have mainly been like a bad cold(runny nose,tired,cough). Good luck.

not fly much any more...not since 2019. So,I just booked a flight for my wife and I to visit our daughter in San Diego(we are in Atlanta). I splurged and booked first class tickets. So,I don`t have to worry about people standing in the aisle beside me! :)

definitely quite a few Nazis that escaped to Argentina after the war. However,I seriously doubt that Hitler was one of them. His health was deteriorating rapidly(Parkinsons plus the impact of drug abuse) towards the end of the war and evidence strongly points to suicide.

can still hit a 260 yd drive...sometimes. The problem is that I miss more and more golf days due to my bad back.
