Jayden James?
I don't have an issue with a kid who wants to wrestle at Penn St. The $$$, the fan base, the culture (Since Cael), coaching, and NIL are all elite. However, JJ must have seen something in Blacksburg to warrant a commitment. Is there any reason to think he would have stayed if we had secured a commitment from Bo and Melvin a little earlier? I'm sure JJ and Melvin could have figured out the 165/174 weight. I'm sure those 2 would have pushed each other day in and day out. What a scary lineup that would have been.

prior to the NCAA tournament or rather he alluded to a committed hammer flipping to Penn State after the NCAAs.
If I remember correctly, JJ quietly opened up his recruitment ironically after watching the latter stages of Bo's commitment to Iowa. Felt he may have committed too early. JJ reached out to both PSU and OkSU. Not sure if there were others.
JJ is very close to PJ Duke and one other PSU commit/wrestler (Henckel?). All those guys trained/are training at KD Training Center in NY.

KD has become a major PSU pipeline. We should keep developing the Young Guns/Compound pipeline. Have to think the next 4 recruiting classes or so grew up looking up to Bo
