LSU extra day of rest/prep and less time zone impact out of Greenville....
Wonder what the travel plan is for VT....

sat on runway for 3 hours before it could take off due to weather.They had 6-7 toddlers under 4 years old screaming and crying so no one slept. They arrived in Baton Rouge 400-430am. Got to their apartments/homes by 6-7 am. They were exhausted and spent the whole day Monday sleeping, no practice no film, so they lost a day. Today they flew to Dallas. LSU will be the ones tired and out of whack.

Seriously? LSU does not have some hidden advantage over VT.
The rest/planning is going to be 4 days. LSU didn't know VT was the opponent before VT knew LSU was the opponent. 4 days rest is more than enough.

...behind the "real" teams. Even when we occasionally competedwith/beat or "almost" beat one of the powers, it was flukely more than anything real.
So folks here are having a hard time fully coming to grips with the fact that we are legitimately one of the best teams in the country. We just are.

Yeah, but people need to get with the program. They are wasting this
opportunity to appreciate true greatness. While *****ing about refs, complaining about our coach's short bench, worrying about press break, accusing the media of bias against us, the refs of bias against us, the other teams of thuggery against us.
Wasting the opportunity to appreciate that this collection of 7 girls is playing amazing basketball. They are talented, they are smart, they are humble, they are fierce competitors. And they have a damn good coach by the way, that built it all.

from Baylor who support her so they'll be in attendance too. Probably a lot more LSU fans than VT. Not really home game since none of the players ever played in Dallas before.
