pitcher and crow hopped for years. My coach helped me to correct it in the off-season and I never crow hopped afterwards. My pitching improved, pitching accuracy/strike zone improved. So yes, it can be corrected, but it does take a lot of focus, repetition, practice, to retrain yourself. It is not impossible. Emma will have to correct this in the off-season or it will be an ongoing issue the next 3 years. If VT pitching coach can't help her, then hire a pitching pro who specializes in re-training pitchers to stop crow hopping.
