I'm not so sure about that
It may sound dead right now but they do not mention names without something actually happening. My guess is that the no votes are looking for additional consideration. Once they get what they want, then the votes come in.

are more likely leverage plays at present to garner more concessions given the unlikelihood of invites for a new landing spot. However, they have dual leverage as the ACC wants to keep the conference together but, the BIG and SEC both could be receptive to conditional invites IF not seen as the cause of the ACC collapse. It is a high wire act at present for the no votes.
