ACC is tied with B1G for second most CFP Entries. Only behind SEC.

I'm not sure I consider that floundering in any way. Plus the Most NCAA overall National Championships in 2022-23 at 9. That's only tied with the PAC12, and the ACC may be getting the program that won most of the ones for the PAC12 in Stanford. That's not floundering with the non-football sports too bad either. We'll see.
