I think they may be nuts if they do

the PAC 10 has little value right now. the interest in college football is not big enough in the west. i would atleast cut out oregon state and wazzu. I think it would better for a "merger" between some ACC schools and Big12 VT UVA Duke UNC Clemson FSU MIami GT Baylor Kansas KSU Iowa st Okie St TCU Tex Tech WVU BYU Houston Cincy UCF maybe even SyracusePitt/bc/NC state. Syracuse and bc would give a decent northeast presence make 4 pods of 6 teams. for football you play the 5 teams from your pod and rotate to play another 6 team pod every year it would also become the premier basketball conference. imagine games involving unc, uva, duke, kansas, bayor, texas tech, vt, fsu, miami, wvu, etc. ** Edited by vtka93 at 7/4/2022, 5:01:08 PM

Forget notion of PODS. No reason to have divisions...

I think most Big 12 schools would rather head east.

You omitted UCF, Cincinnati & BYU.

Those 3 and Houston are listed as “future members” on Wikipedia**
MrBayAreaHokie 07/04/22 04:51 PM ET
They could become a 24 team league with them and a few more...**
Tuckahokie 07/04/22 04:50 PM ET
Are they officially in yet? Wikipedia listed them as “future members”
MrBayAreaHokie 07/04/22 04:49 PM ET
