All teams aren't equal though and that is the point you are overlooking or

missing here. Even all the European soccer leagues acknowledge the fact that some teams carry more value than others.

EPL
More Valuable: ManU, Man City, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsensal, Liverpool, Everton, and maybe West Ham

Less Valuable: Burnley, Wolves, Brentford, Watford, Norwich, Leeds United, Aston Villa, etc.

Bundesliga
More Valuable: Bayern, Dortmund, Leverkusen, Monchenglabach, maybe Hoffenheim, and maybe Wolfsburg

Less Valuable: Furth, Hertha Berlin, Arminia, Bochum, Union Berlin, Stuttgart, etc.

La Liga
More Valuable: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Real Sociedad, Villareal, and Athletic Club

Less Valuable: Alaves, Levante, Granada, Elche, Getafe, Cadiz, Celta Vigo, etc.

Serie A
More Valuable: Inter, Milan, Roma, Napoli, Juventus, Lazio, and maybe Atalanta

Less Valuable: Torino, Empoli, Spezia, Genoa, Sassuolo, Verona, etc.

Ligue 1
More Valuable: PSG, Marseille, Nice, Monaco, and Lyon

Less Valuable: Troyes, Clermont Foot, Lorient, Bordeaux, Metz, Angers, etc.

A college football league would be no different. IIWII
