Espn will tell them

I say West Virginia. I dont think espn wants the Big 12 but wants properties they like just like the old Big East. ND will be 16 if Espn can make them an offer they cant refuse. If not they stay at 15 and reopen the contact with 1 new member, 2 alliance games per team, and no divisions.
