Revenue sharing based on success AND P5 OOC scheduling

A comment in the thread below made me think about another criteria for the unequal revenue sharing model. Boston College is the poster child for the pitfalls of socialism - if they get the same paycheck from ESPN as Clemson, FSU, Miami, VT, etc., then why bother scheduling P5 teams OOC? This is an egregious abuse of the revenue sharing model in that they are actively devaluing the ACC media rights by scheduling games that are worthless to ESPN. There should absolutely be a financial penalty for this in the revenue sharing model. I'd be ok with cutting their share by 30% or more. I would propose the following guidelines to get the full revenue share: 1. No more FCS teams. Period. 2. Minimum of 1 P5 game in addition to ND. 3. No road games at G5 schools.

Basically, on-field performance is a proxy for the actual revenue driver.
